Darrel Pierce, MD

Education & Experience

Dr. Darrel Pierce is the medical director and co-owner of Elan Med Spa and Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. He is a veteran who served in the United States Air Force where he completed a residency in family medicine at Eglin AFB in the western Florida Panhandle. After residency, he was stationed at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY. While there, he helped provide medical support for Vice President Dick Cheney. Dr. Pierce served seven years in the U.S. Air Force before starting practice in East Texas.

Dr. Pierce has a specialty in regenerative and cosmetic medicine. He utilizes his expertise and knowledge to give patients a positive experience. As a physician, he stays up to date with the latest treatment techniques and procedures. This ensures each of his patients receives top-tier medical care every time.

Patricia Pierce is a co-owner of Elan Med Spa and Clinic, a registered nurse, and a certified injector. She dedicates herself to providing patients with the highest quality medical care available. Patricia has over 25 years of experience in her field and prides herself on her compassionate and caring treatment techniques. She offers a comprehensive approach that benefits every patient and is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated.

Specialties & Expertise

Patricia has a specialty in aesthetics and is an expert at providing BOTOX® and Dysport® injections, fillers, Morpheus8™ treatments, PRP facials, and more. She uses her own experience with weight loss to relate and guide patients through their own journey. Patricia enjoys building meaningful connections and helping patients increase their confidence and wellness.
